A two-core red and black copper lead that carries 5 V DC from the output terminal of an LED display power supply to the power header on the receiving card. Every receiving card needs one: without it the card has no power and the modules it drives stay dark even when the data link is connected. Red is the positive conductor and black the negative, matching the terminal markings on standard supplies and the header on the card.

For cabinet assemblers, integrators and service engineers fitting or replacing Colorlight, ACG or similar receiving cards in LED cabinets. Order one lead per card, plus spares for the service kit, since a card that will not power up is often a broken or loose 5 V lead rather than a card fault.
