Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases from Lumina Display Systems Private Limited ("Lumina", "we") through shop.luminadisplay.com, by quotation or by proforma invoice.

1. Prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), per piece unless stated, and shown before GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• Freight is charged separately, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
• Trade (dealer) prices are shown after your trade account is verified. Project and bulk pricing is given by quotation.
• Some items are sold in minimum quantities or multiples (for example, in pairs); this is shown on the product page.

2. Orders and quotations

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp, or dispatch it.
• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless they state otherwise, and are subject to stock at the time of order.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we tell you and offer an alternative, a later date, or a credit or refund.

3. Payment

Pay online on the store (cards, UPI, net banking) or by bank transfer against our proforma invoice. Goods are dispatched after payment is received, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing for an approved trade account.

4. Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery is as described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Ownership passes to you once payment is received in full.

6. Technical information

Specifications, compatibility notes and estimates from our Screen Builder, Standee Builder, Cabinet Builder and the Ask Lumina assistant are indicative. They are provided to help you plan, and are confirmed by our team before order. Labour, installation, structure, freight and site work are not included unless quoted.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
