1. Where we ship

We deliver to addresses across India. We do not currently ship outside India from this store; for export enquiries, contact us.

2. When your order is dispatched

• In-stock items: dispatched from Taloja within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Next-day dispatch to metro cities is usual.
• "Coming soon" and made-to-order items: dispatched on arrival, typically within 4–6 weeks or by the date shown on the product page. We confirm the date with you before taking payment.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–8 working days to other locations, depending on the carrier and destination. Large cabinet and screen orders travel by surface transport and may take longer; we share the expected date at dispatch.

4. Freight charges

Freight is charged according to the shipment's weight and volume and the delivery pincode. The freight for your order is shown before you pay, or stated on your quotation or proforma invoice. Freight is subject to GST at the applicable rate.

Collect from our warehouse: you may choose to pick up your order from our Taloja warehouse free of charge. We will tell you when it is ready.

5. Carriers and tracking

We ship through courier partners such as Delhivery and through road transporters for large consignments. Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

6. Packing and transit damage

Modules, cards and supplies are packed in their original cartons with protective padding; cabinets are packed for road transport. Please check every carton at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery with photos, as set out in our Returns, Replacements & Refunds policy.

7. Taxes and invoices

All prices on the store are in Indian Rupees and shown before GST; GST at 18% is added and shown at checkout. A GST tax invoice is issued with every order.
